5 steps to turn regular sex into tantric sex

  1. Intention- before sex, set an intention to be connected in mind, body and spirit.

  2. Eye Connection- gaze into each other’s eyes for at least 2 minutes if not longer. This will establish a psychological connection.

  3. Heart Connection- place your hand on your partners heart area and your partners hand on your heart area. This releases oxytocin and creates the feeling of love, security and bonding.

  4. Breath Connection- practice deep synchronized breathing.

  5. Energy Activation- squeezing the pelvic muscles, visualize your sexual Qi rising from your pelvic floor. (This energy is in front of the body). Then, visualize your Qi reaching the top of your head and then going back down again, over your head and over the back of your body to connect to the pelvic floor again.

Semen retention- is the practice of avoiding ejaculation. You can do this by abstaining from sexual activity altogether, of course. Or you can learn how to orgasm without ejaculating.

Milking/ Prostate Massage - Milking is the act of massaging a man’s prostate gland through his anus to encourage him to ejaculate as much seminal fluid as possible. Pompoir or Kabzah is a sexual technique in which the woman uses her vaginal muscles to stimulate the man's penis. Both partners remain still, while the woman strokes the man's erection using rhythmic, rippling pulses of the pubococcygeus muscles, so this practice is best performed in a woman on top position.
