Things to add to healing baths during fasting
Coconut milk
Epsom salt and baking soda
Magnesium flakes

Juicing tips
**Use a cheesecloth to strain juice from a blender if you don’t have a juicer
Kale, spinach, cucumber, lemon, ginger
Bok Choy, beets, golden beets, carrots, ginger
Turmeric and black pepper, great for inflammation
Don’t juice starchy vegetables and cooked foods!! Carrots apples and ginger
Celery juice
Sugar cravings
1 1/2 cups St. Johns wort
1 cup of dried lemon balm leaves
Raw honey, 1 tablespoon (MAX)
Put in a container and mix together, one tablespoon in a tea sifter
Gymnea sylvestre- use to help with sugar cravings
